The instant second appeal, by the defendant, Committee of Management, Shri Bhrigunath Singh Balika Junior High School, Banbirpur, District Azamgarh, is directed against the judgment and decree of the lower appellate Court in a suit for declaration and injunction. The suit had been dismissed by the trial Court but has been decreed in appeal.;
