MANJU RANI CHAUHAN,J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the entire record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the quashing of summoning order dated 04.01.2020 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1526 of 2019 (Surendra Kumar Vs. Gyanchandra Yadav), under Section 138 of the N. I. Act, Police Station Jhunsi, District Allahabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no.5, Allahabad.
(3.) All the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the applicant relate to disputed questions of fact. The court has also been called upon to adjudge the testimonial worth of prosecution evidence and evaluate the same on the basis of various intricacies of factual details which have been touched upon by the learned counsel. The veracity and credibility of material furnished on behalf of the prosecution has been questioned and false implication has been pleaded.;
