- (1.) Heard Shri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Praveen Kumar Bhatnagar- opposite party no. 3, who is a Senior Citizen, has appeared and argued the matter in person, as also Shri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
(2.) On 05.03.2019 this Court had passed the following interim order:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.B. Pandey, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2.
(3.) Issue notice to respondent no.3 returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a week.;
