Jaspreet Singh,J. - (1.) Notice on behalf of opposite party no.1 has been accepted by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, whereas Mr. Kush Singh, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no.2 to 4.
(2.) Heard Mr. Arjun Kumar Kaushal, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Ranvijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite party no.1.
(3.) By means of this public interest litigation the petitioner has sought a direction restraining the opposite parties from holding B.Ed first year examinations which is scheduled to be held from 28.10.2020.;
