- (1.) Heard Sri Anuuj Tandon, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shishir Jain, learned Counsel for all respondents.
(2.) The petitioner, by means of this writ petition, wants a direction to the respondents to release and settle the outstanding payment of Rs.4,66,17,046/- against the executed/ completed works in pursuance to 16 agreements.
(3.) Sri Shishir Jain, learned Counsel for respondents has pointed that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner, as agreed by their representatives, has been paid.;
