MANJU RANI CHAUHAN,J. - (1.) This application has been filed against the order dated 24.09.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (J.D.), Shamli in Case No. 15/9 of 2018 (State Vs. Ameer Ahmad and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 269 of 2018, under Sections 420 I.P.C., P.S. Kandhala, District Shamli.
