(2.) ISSUE involved in the present writ petition relates to Entrance Examination of 2010 for admission in B.Ed Course. The question raised in the writ petition is that petitioner who has been denied admission in B.Ed Course on the ground that she has not obtained minimum requirement for the said course. In the broacher issued by respondents, percentage has been mentioned as 45 %.
(3.) SRI R.A. Akhtar, learned Counsel appearing for National Council for Teachers Education mentions that procedure is contrary to the statutory Rules. Subsequent notification has been issued that minimum 50% marks is required either in the Bachelor degree or in the Master's degree.;
