Ashok Bhushan, J. - (1.) Heard the petitioner in person and Shri R.N. Trivedi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Vipin Sinha for the respondents.
(2.) Affidavits between the parties have been exchanged. Additional affidavits filed by the petitioner on 06/3/2010 and counter affidavit to the additional affidavit as well as the rejoinder affidavit has also been filed.
(3.) Shri R.N. Trivedi, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Corporation in pursuance of the earlier orders passed by this Court has produced the original file pertaining to promotion exercise conducted in the year 2001 -2003, which have also been perused by us.;
