(2.) Sri R.K. Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents are present.

Sri Pankaj Saxena states that a supplementary counter-affidavit bringing on record the instructions received by him, as mentioned in the order dated 13.1.2010, has already been filed on behalf of the respondents in the Registry on 13.1.2010. The office is directed to trace the same and place it on record.;
