GIRDHARI LAL - (1.) THIS revision has been filed against the order of the learned SDO Ballia dated 9-8-99 in which SDO Ballia has allowed the applica­tion dated 23-7-97 and he has stayed the implementation of the order dated 24-2-97 and fixed 18-8-99 for the disposal of the restoration application.
(2.) REVISIONIST was heard in detail. I have seen the order of SDO Ballia No final order has been passed against the revisionist. He has been given an oppor­tunity to contest the restoration application. Therefore, the revision is not maintainable.
(3.) IN view of the above, revision has no force and is accordingly dismissed. Revision dismissed.;
