RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J. - (1.) The defeated defendants are the appellants herein.
(2.) The respondents 1 and 2 herein have filed the suit, in O.S.No. 775 of 1983, before the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, seeking for the relief of declaration of title and permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the suit property.
(3.) After contest, the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, by Judgment and Decree, dated 30.03.1990, dismissed the suit.;
