JUDGEMENT

(1.) AT this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to avail the appellate remedy provided under the Central Excise (Appeals) Rules, 2001, within the period specified by this Court.
(2.) THE learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, it is made clear that it would be open to the petitioner to file appeals against the impugned orders of the first respondent dated 16.3.2010, as per the relevant Rule of the Central Excise (Appeals) Rules, 2001, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.;
