- (1.)Barring his bare say, there is nothing to prove the alleged adverse financial condition. The petitioner has not stated as to what is his occupation and what is his earning therefrom. He has also not stated who are the members of the family and whether any other member is an earning member of the family. He has also not stated as to whether he owns any property or not. He has also not given an estimate of his property, movable and immovable. It is also to be seen that he has not fought out the suit and the appeal as an indigent person. It is true that he has approached the High Court through the Legal Aid Committee, but I have nothing before me as to how did the Legal Aid Committee hold him a person deserving legal aid. I am under these circumstances not satisfied by the bare say of the petitioner that adverse financial circumstances are the cause for 66 days delay.
