Paresh Upadhyay,J. - (1.)This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R.-I No.135 of 2019 registered with Mansa Police Station, Dist. : Gandhinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 376 (3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
