- (1.) BY our order dated 14.11.2005, the petitioner was directed to file a comparative statement of actual O&M expenses, year-wise separately for Stage I and Stage II of Feroze Gandhi Unchahar Thermal Power Station (FGUTPS). Shri V.B.K. Jain, requested for two weeks time for filing of the requisite details, since as stated by him, these details were being collected and compiled.
(2.) Time prayed for is allowed. Let the necessary details be filed on affidavit within two weeks. List this petition for admission on 10th January 2006.;
