- (1.) The Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Ltd. (MSPGCL) has filed a Review Petition on 6 May, 2014 under R. 85 of the MERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking Review of the Order dated 3 March, 2014 and Corrigendum dated 19 March, 2014 in Case No. 54 of 2013 relating to the final True Up for FY 2011 -12, Annual Performance Review for FY 2012 -13 and Multi Year Tariff (MYT) for the second Control Period from FY 2013 - 14 to FY 2015 -16.
(2.) MSPGCL's prayers are as follows: a. MSPGCL requests the Hon'ble Commission to condone the delay in submission of the Review Petition. b. Admit this Review petition. c. Grant an expeditious hearing of this Petition. d. Allow MSPGCL to recover the expenses in three equal monthly installments and pass directives to MSEDCL to pay the expenses as approved by the Hon'ble Commission. e. Give necessary clarifications for PAFM computations in case of Koyna HPS and pass necessary directives so that there is no under - recovery of capacity charges for Koyna HPS on accounts of uncontrollable reasons. f. Condone any shortcomings / deficiencies in the petition and allow MSPGCL to submit additional information / data at a later stage as may be required. g. Pass such further order(s) as it deems just, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
(3.) MSPGCL has sought Review of the Commission's Order dated 3 March, 2014 and Corrigendum dated 19 March, 2014 in Case No. 54 of 2013 on the following issues: A. Return on Equity (RoE) approved for Parli Thermal Power Station (TPS) and Uran Gas -based TPS (GTPS) for FY 2011 -12 and Control Period from FY 2013 -14 to FY 2015 -16. B. Target Availability for Uran TPS for recovery of full fixed charges for the Control Period from FY 2013 -14 to FY 2015 -16. C. Recovery mechanism of Annual Fixed Charges (AFC) for Koyna Hydro Power Station (HPS) for the Control Period from FY 2013 -14 to FY 2015 -16. D. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) expenses for Ghatghar Pumped Storage Station (PSS) for FY 2013 -14 to FY 2015 -16 (sought in an additional submission dated 6 June, 2014). ;
