(2.) This Revision Is Directed Against Order Dated 22.09.2007, Passed By Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Fast Track Court, Almora, In Original Suit No. 46 Of 2000, Whereby Said Court Has Held That It Has Jurisdiction To Try The Suit, By Giving Its Finding On Issued No.6.
(3.) The Suit Appears To Have Been Filed For Cancellation Of Sale Deed And Injunction Regarding The Alleged Illegal Construction Made Over The Land In Suit. The Defendant Had Raised Plea Before The Trial Court That Since The Names Of The Plaintiffs Are Not Recorded Tenure Holders In The Revenue Record, As Such, The Civil Court Has No Jurisdiction To Try The Suit.;
