JUDGEMENT

- (1.) By way of this criminal writ petition, the writ petitioner seeks to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report no. 3 of 2013, dated 05.01.2013, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, PS Sahaspur, District Dehradun.
(2.) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not interested in seeking the main relief. The only prayer which learned counsel for the petitioner has made is that the Court below be directed to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and without unreasonable delay.
(3.) In view of the above submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed summarily at the threshold.;
