(1.) Appellant is in Jail for having been convicted for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
(2.) Mr. Manish Arora, Advocate was engaged by the appellant to conduct these Appeals. On 15th May, 2013, Mr. Manish Arora reported to this Court that he has no instructions in any of these Appeals and, accordingly, sought leave to retire. While leave was granted, Mr. Kailash Chandra Tiwari, Advocate was appointed Amicus Curiae in both the Appeals.
