JUDGEMENT

- (1.) The petitioner, by means of the present writ petition, moved under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks to quash the impugned FIR dated 07.06.2013, lodged on the basis of order dated 31.05.2013, passed by the court of Addl. Civil Judge (S.D.) / Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar, in Misc. Case No. 58 of 2013, Shamshad and others vs Gram Pradhan and another under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, in police station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar.
(2.) This writ petition is being finally disposed of with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.
(3.) An FIR was lodged by respondent no. 3 against two accused persons, including the petitioner Gram Pradhan, on 07.06.2013, in police station Bhagwanpur, in respect of offences punishable under Sections 409, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC. It is the allegation against the accused persons that they forged documents in respect of eight dead persons under the swajal project scheme and siphoned off the money.;
