(1.) First Information Report was lodged by respondent no.3 on 22.11.2013 at 22 hours at Police Station Vasant Vihar, District Dehradun against 3 named accused, including the petitioner, which was registered as case crime no.8/2013 under Sections 355, 506 IPC and Section 66 Information Technology Act, 2000. Learned G.A. submitted that the investigation of the case is in progress.
(2.) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he is not keen to press the criminal writ petition filed by the petitioner. Criminal writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed .
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, made an innocuous prayer that the court below be directed to decide the bail application of the petitioner at an early date, subject to her surrender before the Magistrate concerned.;
