JUDGEMENT

- (1.) Complainant Vijay Pal Singh Filed A Criminal Complaint Case Against Seven Accused Persons In The Court Of Special Judicial Magistrate, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar For The Offences Punishable Under Sections 147, 427, 504, 506 Of Ipc. After Recording Of Statements Under Sections 200 And 202 Of Cr.P.C., Accused Persons Were Summoned To Face The Trial. Accused Persons Appeared Before The Court Concerned. They Pleaded Not Guilty To The Charge And Claimed Trial.
(2.) Complainant And His Witnesses Entered Into The Witness Box. Incriminating Evidence Was Put To The Accused Persons Under Section 313 Of Cr.P.C., In Reply To Which They Said That They Were Falsely Implicated In The Case. Dw1 Amar Singh Was Examined In Defence.
(3.) Pw1 Vijay Pal Singh (Complainant) Gave The Statement Under Section 244 Of Cr.P.C., But He Could Not Be Cross-Examination Under Section 246 Of Cr.P.C., Because In The Meantime, He Died.;
