(2.) This revision is directed against the order dated 29.08.2013 passed by the trial court (Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nainital) whereby said court has disposed of the application 30C.
(3.) The present revisionists are defendants No. 3, 4 and 6 in the suit pending before the trial court. It is admitted by learned counsel for the revisionists that copy of plaint has been received by them after the summon received, but the copies of the documents filed by the plaintiffs are not supplied to them. The trial court while disposing of the application of the defendants have mentioned that the defendants are at liberty to inspect the documents filed by the other side or may obtain copies thereof, but the filing of written statement cannot be delayed on that ground, as there is no such requirement under Order 7 Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.;
