JUDGEMENT

- (1.) Vakalatnama filed by Mr. Manish Arora on behalf of respondent no. 2 is taken on record.
(2.) The applicant, by way of present petition/application moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeks to quash the summoning order dated 15.07.2008 as well as the entire proceedings of the Criminal Case No. 1123 of 2008, Yogender Singh vs. Jal Singh and others, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 504 IPC, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar.
(3.) Respondent no. 2 filed a protest against the Final Report dated 12.06.2002 which was submitted by the I.O. after investigation. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee after recording statements under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. summoned the accused persons including the applicant Jal Singh to face the trial for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 504 IPC. Aggrieved against the same, present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. was moved on his behalf.;
