(1.) APPELLANTS in CRLA No. 160 of 2004 engaged Sri Parikshit Saini as their Advocate to argue the appeal on their behalf. Similarly, appellant in CRLA No. 150 of 2004 engaged Sri Navneet Kaushik as his Advocate to argue the appeal on his behalf. Sri Parikshit Saini is present and has submitted that despite all his efforts, he has not been able to contact the appellants and, accordingly, has not received any instructions from the appellants. Sri Saini has submitted that he has received information from Sri Navneet Kaushik to the same effect.
(2.) WE , accordingly, permit Sri Parikshit Saini and Sri Navneet Kaushik, Advocates to retire from these matters. We appoint Sri Ravindra Singh Bisht, Advocate as Amicus Curiae to argue the matters on behalf of the appellants in both the appeals. The appellants are on bail. Their bail bonds are cancelled. The Chief Judicial 2 Magistrate, Hardwar is directed to have the appellants arrested and to keep them in Jail custody.
(3.) LET a copy of the paper book be handed over to the Amicus Curiae in course of this week. Let these appeals be listed in the weekly cause list for the week commencing from 17th September, 2012.;
