(2.) By means of this writ petition moved
under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the
petitioner has sought quashing of the First
Information Report dated 24.04.2012,
registered as F.I.R. No. 21 of 2012, relating to
offences punishable under section 452, 354,
323 and 506 of I.P.C., Police Station
Kaladhungi, District Nainital.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner Bhuwan
Chandra Bhatt, and learned counsel for the
respondent no.3 Trilok Chandra Bhatt stated
that the parties have entered into compromise,
and respondent no.3 Trilok Chandra Bhatt does
not want to prosecute the petitioner Bhuwan
