(2.) By means of this writ petition moved under2 Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought quashing of the First Information Report 22.04.2012, registered as F.I.R. No. 21 of 2012/Crime No. 67 of 2012, relating to offences punishable under section 376, 504, 506 and 420 of I.P.C., at Police Station Cantt., District Dehradun.
(3.) Complainant respondent no.2 is Lt. Col. working in Military Hospital, Cantt. Dehradun. The petitioner Dilip Singh Shekhawat is also Lt. Col. employed with 3UK (1) Company, NCC, Uttarkashi. The respondent no.2 has made the allegations against the petitioner of sexual harassment with all details.;
