- (1.) Heard.
(2.) By means of this writ petition moved under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought quashing of the First Information Report dated 13.10.2011, registered as F.I.R. No. 354 of 2011, relating to offence punishable under section 387 of I.P.C, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Hardwar.
(3.) The allegations in the First Information Report are that the telephonic calls were made to the complainant's wife by the petitioner for extortion, threat was given to kidnap her children, and unparliamentary words were used.;
