JUDGEMENT

(1.) The alleged detenue - Ameena Parvin - is present in Court and we interacted with her. She is insistent on going with the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner and Ameena has been in love for years.

(2.) Ameena Parvin is studying for BAMS course. Her examinations are scheduled to start on 19.10.2017. She is willing to stay in the Government Ayurveda Hostel, Thiruvananthapuram for the time being.

(3.) The petitioner - Vishnu K. Chandran - is also present in Court. He is employed in Myanmar and is on leave. He has promised to have the marriage registered under the Special Marriage Act .
