JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application seeking for temporary custody of the minor children during the period form 14.04.2017 to 28.04.2017.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that in the above Mat. Appeal is filed against a decree granting divorce, and nothing to do with the custody of the children. The custody of the children has already been decided in another original petition as per a compromise arrived in between the parties.
