JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Girish @ Bhola, Rajesh and Shri Bharam Singh for quashing of FIR No.213/2014 dated 14.04.2014, under Sections 453/325/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri on the basis of mediation settlement arrived at Mediation Centre, Saket Court, New Delhi between the petitioners and respondent no.2, 3 & 4 namely, Raj Kumar @ Raju, Om Prakash @ Prakash and Billu @ Virender, respectively on 23.01.2015.
(2.) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submitted that the respondent no.2, present in the Court has been identified to be the complainant/first-informant of the FIR in question and respondent nos.3 & 4 to be the victims in the present petition by their counsel.
(3.) Respondents present in the Court, submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. As per the report, both the parties have agreed that Shri Braham Singh will take care of the disposal of the sewage pursuant to the use of the property bearing House No.47, Godha Mohalla, Aya Nagar, New Delhi. Both the parties have also agreed that being brothers, they will try to keep good relations with each other. They also agreed that they will not claim anything against each other. It was also agreed that the petition for quashing the said FIR will be moved within 30 days of the settlement. Respondent nos.2, 3 & 4 affirmed the terms of the said report and of their individual affidavits dated 28.09.2015. As per the said affidavits, the respondents have no objection if the FIR in question is quashed. All the disputes and differences have been resolved through mutual consent. Now no dispute with petitioners survives and so, the proceedings arising out of the FIR in question be brought to an end.
Statements of the respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4 have been recorded in this regard in which they stated that they have entered into a compromise with the petitioners and have settled all the disputes with them. They further stated that they have no objection if the FIR in question is quashed.;
