(1.)This revision petition on behalf of Mrs. Naresh Luther is directed against an order dated 27th Feb., 1981 where. by the learned trial Court dismissed not only an application dated 11th Sept., 1980 filed on behalf of the respondent for reviewing an earlier order dated 30th Aug., 1980 passed by the learned trial Court but also dismissed an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for increase of the maintenance allowance in view of certain allegations made in a compendious reply as well as application under Sections 24 and 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act dated 25th Nov., 1980.
(2.)It appears that certain divorce proceedings are pending between the parties at the instance of the husband. On 13th May, 1977 the petitioner filed an application for fixation of pendente lite maintenance for herself and her three daughters. In the application she had claimed Rs. 1,250.00 per month as maintenance to herself and three daughters namely, Anju, Soniya and Karuna. At the time when this application was filed the eldest daughter was studying in Calcutta and doing Business Management Course and living in the hostel. The second daughter Soniya at that time was 18 years and was studying in B.A. The third daughter Karuna was 11 years and was studying in Delhi Public School, Delhi.
(3.)The petitioner's wife had admitted that she was employed and was getting a salary of Rs. 600.00 per month and having an income of Rs. 350.00 per month from her own house at Lajpat Nagar. The wife alleged the income of the husband as Rs. 3000.00 and he was working as Chairman of the Projects Equipment Corporation, a Central Government Undertaking.
