Sarat Chandra Nayak and others similarly situated applicants should be admitted to the Para-Medical Workers Training Courses at the Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Aska which are scheduled to be started from September 1, 1989 as per orders of this court dated January 6, 1989. The order should be complied forthwith. CONTEMPT PETITION NO.44/89:
