- (1.) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contemnor Sunita Singh has today tendered a demand draft in the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) drawn in the name of the Registrar, Supreme Court of India.
(2.) Permission is granted to deposit the demand draft during the course of the day.
(3.) Learned counsel submits that the entire balance of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) shall be deposited in the Registry by 15 January, 2019.;
