- (1.) This petition was filed with the following prayers : (I) Issue appropriate writs and/or directions and/or Enquiry Into the cause of death of late Sh. Jagmohan Singh Bearing Service Personal No.880902563 in Suspicious Circumstances. (II) Issue appropriate writs and/or directions for Independent Enquiry into the conduct of the suspects and also direct the Respondents to take appropriate action against the delinquent suspects."
(2.) In pursuance of the notice served on the respondents and directions issued by this Court an enquiry was conducted and the report was filed in the month of May, 2018 when learned counsel for the petitioner took time to examine the report filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Nothing further has been brought on record by the petitioner.
(3.) In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that no further directions are required in this matter.;
