- (1.) Permission to file appeals is granted.
(2.) The appeals are disposed of in terms of order dated 02.11.2018 passed in C.A. No. 10997/2018 ("Federal Agro Industries Private Limited versus Union of India & Ors.").
(3.) The appellants shall appear before the National Green Tribunal ("Tribunal") on the next date of hearing fixed by the Tribunal. It will be open to the Tribunal to pass appropriate order(s), after hearing the appellants, as it deems fit and in accordance with law.;
