R.S.Pathak, J. - (1.) List the matters tomorrow the 29th March, 1988 before a Bench consisting of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sabyasachi Mukharji and Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.L. Oza. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the question of constitutionality of such importance should be heard by a larger Bench. It will be open to the Bench before whom these cases will now be listed to consider whether the cases should be referred to a larger Bench.
