(2.) So far as the advertisement(s) dated 10th May, 2018 for 125 vacancies inclusive of retirement upto June 2019 [64+13 = 77 posts are promotional posts out of which 13 posts are to be filled up by promotion by Limited Departmental Promotion Examination and rest 64 posts by regular promotion] in the Higher Judicial Service are concerned we direct that the process initiated by the said advertisement be completed on or before 31st March, 2019, the suggested date of completion by the High Court.
(3.) In so far as advertisement dated 12th November, 2018 for 239 vacancies inclusive of retirement upto June 2019 [157+23=180 posts are reserved for promotion (23 posts by Limited Departmental Promotion Examination and 157 posts by Regular Promotion)] are concerned we direct that the said process be brought to its conclusion by publication of the result of the final selection on or before 31st July, 2019.;
