(2.) This appeal is filed against the final judgment and order dated 05.03.2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.A. No. 273 of 2017 whereby the Division Bench of the High Court set aside the order dated 07.11.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 15312/2010 and allowed the writ appeal filed by the respondent herein.
