(2.) Heard Mr R. Basant, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and a Mr S. Nandakumar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent 3.
(3.) Since Respondent 3 is apparently a representative of the contesting respondents, we do not think it necessary to issue notice to the other respondents.;
