- (1.) We direct that the demand draft for Rs. 1,10,000. 00 drawn on the Bank of India, Delhi Branch has been handed over in court today by counsel for the respondent to the counsel for the Petitioner. We further direct that a further sum of Rs. 5,000. 00 should also be paid by way of compensation for the delay in making the payment of Rs. 1,10,000. 00 and this payment should be made within a period of two weeks from today. List this matter on 10/02/1987 for further orders on which date the counsel for the respondents shall produce a demand draft for Rs. 5,000. 00 in compliance with the order.;
