(2.) The grievance of the appellant is with regard to the order dated 15.09.2014 passed by the High Court of Calcutta in CRR No. 2682/2014.
(3.) The appellant had sent his resignation as Director of a Company called Zylog Systems Limited on 24.06.2013. This was followed by Form 32 sent by the company to the Registrar of Companies on 27.09.2013. Form 32 clearly mentions that the appellant is no longer associated with the company from 24.06.2013. It therefore appears that his resignation was accepted from that date.;
