- (1.) Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General, submits that as the judgment passed by the High Court has been filed, he will amend the special leave petition by filing an application for amendment by 29th April, 2016. A copy of the special leave petition incorporating the amendments, after serving copies on the learned counsel for the parties, shall be filed on that date. Reply, if any, be filed by 2nd May, 2016. Needless to say, the parties are at liberty to file documents in support of their contentions. We may hasten to clarify that the documents mean the documents that were filed before the High Court and nothing else, unless specifically permitted by this Court.
(2.) Let the matter be listed on 3rd May, 2016. As agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, it shall be taken up at 2.00 p.m.
(3.) The interim order passed on the earlier occasion to remain in force till the next date of hearing.;
