- (1.) As prayed for by Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General, let the matter be listed on 9.8.2016.

Be it stated, in pursuance of our earlier order, meetings have taken place and, as submitted by Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General, there is considerable progress and in all possibility, a decision shall be taken how to block advertisements and other things in Google India, Yahoo! India and Microsoft (I) Pvt. Ltd. which are contrary to the laws of India. We may hasten to clarify, when we have said contrary to laws of India, it means the laws which have statutory force or otherwise.
