- (1.) Petitioners Nos.1 and 2 have been handed over to the Child Welfare Committee, Simdega, Jharkhand and that Child Welfare Committee has accepted the responsibility of the children.
(2.) If the petitioners or anybody else has any grievance in this regard, they are at liberty to approach the Child Welfare Committee, Simdega, Jharkhand.
(3.) As far as Petitioner No.3 is concerned, her custody was handed over to the Child Welfare Committee in Jharkhand much earlier.;
