- (1.) We have today pronounced judgments in State of orissa v. Minerals and Metals Trading Corpn. of India Ltd. and also in Industrial Minerals and Metals v. Sales Tax Officer. For the reasons recorded and the conclusions reached in the above judgments, we dismiss the special leave petition.;
