- (1.)The following prayer is made in I.A. No. 10 of 2014:
"(i) Modify the order dated 19.05.2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the instant Writ Petition, and permit the applicants to conduct the Rajasthan Pre-Medical Test for MBBS/BDS/Pharmacy for the academic session of 2014-2015 as per the revised/proposed time schedule mentioned in above Para 25 of the instant I.A. and to complete the entire exercise of re-examination and counselling up to 30th September, 2014 as mandated by this Hon'ble Court vide the above order; and/or

(ii) Pass any such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

At the time of hearing of the application, Shri L. Nageswara Rao, learned Additional Solicitor General submits that they would issue the notification for counselling on 04.08.2014; the first round of counselling/admission shall be done from 09.08.2014 to 11.08.2014 and the last date for joining the allotted college and course would be fixed as 16.08.2014.

(2.)He further submits that the second round of counselling/admissions would be done on 24.08.2014 and insofar as other dates like the last date for joining candidates allotted seats in second round of counselling would be fixed as 04.09.2014.
(3.)He thereafter submits that the third round of counselling would be done from 13.09.2014 to 14.09.2014 and the last date for joining for candidates allotted seats in the third round of counselling would be fixed as 19.09.2014. The last date upto which students can be admitted against vacancies arising due to any other reason would be fixed as 30.09.2014.
