- (1.) At the request of all the learned counsels, the matter stands adjourned to 10th October, 2014.
(2.) The Registry is directed to take appropriate orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for the matter being listed on 10th October, 2014 at 2.00 p.m. with a request to the learned Chief Justice to constitute the same Bench once over again.;
