- (1.)On 27.01.2014, it was recorded that the Chairman of the Steering Committee set up under Babu Jagjivan Ram Chhatrawas Yojana has submitted his report pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2013.
(2.)Learned counsel for the petitioner, on that day, submitted that the petitioner accepts the report. However, at the same time, learned counsel submitted that the report does not address the diverse issues raised in the Writ Petition.
(3.)Today when we requested the learned counsel for the petitioner to inform us what were the issues that were not addressed, it was pointed out that some facilities have not been provided. Learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to explain what are the facilities that have not been provided. He requested for some time.
