- (1.)For the reasons stated in the application, the Central Vigilance Commissioner Mr. Pradeep Kumar is allowed to recuse himself from examination of compilation/reports submitted by the Central Bureau of 1 Investigation in pursuance of the order dated 28.03.2014. As a matter of fact, intention to the above effect was indicated orally on 07.04.2014. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 7979 of 2014 stands disposed of accordingly. Writ Petition (Crl.)
